◇ Easier Access Tool to Japanese Patents for English Speakers
JP-NETe, a new patent search system, is designed for helping you retrieve
essential Japanese unexamined patents. All of bibliographic and abstract
data, drawings, legal status data and citation data could be made easily
available dating back to 1989 in English language.

【Searching Menu】 Before using this search system, you need to download the application software for searching and then create your question. There are several search menus available: Keyword Search by Technical Terms, IPC Search, Applicant or Inventor Name Search, Application or Publication Number Search, Date Range Search and Legal Status Search including Citation Data.
【Displaying of Search Results】
Main four kinds of viewing search results are:
- English abstract with a main drawing,
- English abstract with citation data,
- Three English abstracts and three drawings.
- English abstracts with all drawings (if any),
【Printing Formats】 Various kinds of printing formats are available in;
- Hit List (Pub. No., IPC, Title, Applicant);
- English abstracts with a main drawing
- Three English abstracts per page;
As additional information, legal status information could be also printed.
